THE MOVEMEANT FOUNDATION TEAM
Jenny Gaither, Founder
After years of struggling with unrealistic body standards that lead to issues with self-image, anorexia, and bulimia, Jenny was inspired to create Movemeant Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to empowering young women to feel confident in their bodies by providing them with tools to be active. In addition to serving as the organization’s CEO, Jenny is also a Senior Instructor at SoulCycle, has been a recipient of a Lululemon Athletica Ambassador Leadership Award, a ZICO Endurance Team Athlete Ambassador, Co-Founder/CEO of SEAK Foundation and creator of The Sports Bra Challenge, and a blogger for Huffington Post.
Charina Lumley, CEO
With an extensive, 15+ year background in integrated sales, marketing and business development for a number of lifestyle and adventure sports brands, Charina has spent her more recent years chasing social entrepreneurship, early-stage start-up ventures, the bike in front of her and her adventuresome five-year old son.
