Movemeant Foundation Community Events take place across the country.  From bootcamps and barre classes to power yoga and pilates, our events are designed to help you feel strong and confident in your body.  At the same time, you're helping young women feel strong and confident in hers. 


Corte Madera, CA:  Full-Body Workout, Saturday, April 30 at 9 am - 10 am

Kids and teens are welcome at this innovative workout that challenges both your mind and body.  This class helps to develop inner and outer strength through challenging, yet approachable sequences and cultivates body confidence supported by a solid mind-body connection.

You’ll start off the morning with a heart pumping ryde taught by Kelsey Brown and finish with a mouthwatering meal at Winflo, one of Austin’s top-rated brunch spots. SoulCycle is indoor cycling re-invented. Forty-five minutes is all it takes to transform the way you look and feel. Get ready for fat-burning cardio, a full-body workout (we've added hand weights and core work!), and choreography to work your core.

Develop the length of a dancer and the strength of an athlete. Barre3 classes follow a thoughtful sequence for body-shaping results and long-term postural benefits.  Wear yoga-like attire and bring a water bottle. They have filtered water and supply all props including a barre3 core ball, light weights, yoga strap, Pilates mat and of course a ballet barre.

Livingston, NJ:  3 Mile Run + Barre 3, Sunday, May 15 at 9:30 am - 12 pm

This is a unique two-part event.  Run2Barre3 is a combination class that first allows you to push your cardiovascular endurance with a well-paced 3 mile run, followed by a Barre3 class that offers a thoughtful sequence for body-shaping results and long-term postural benefits.  Remember, Barre3 is for everyone.  We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise.  Instead, we empower each individual to develop body awareness for lasting results.

Dallas, TX:  Barre & Bites on the Bridge, Saturday, May 21 at 9:00 am - 11 am

It'll be one unforgettable event with a barre class designed for all of Dallas to attend, followed by brunch "bites", swag bags & more! We'll meet on the Continental Ave Bridge (109 Continental Ave Dallas, TX 75207) at 9 am for 60 minute barre workout (modifiable for various fitness levels) followed by healthy treats from local Dallas bakeries and restaurants, as well as raffle prizes for those who pre-register.  All proceeds go to benefitting Movemeant Foundation. Barre & Bites is co-hosted by Janna Harris of Barre In Your Bedroom and Ginger Harper of The Ginger Marie Blog.

Taught by Creator and Owner, Lisa Corsello, this 55 minute class will challenge you in all the right ways. Our unique Method draws upon the very best aspects of Springboard and Mat Pilates, HIIT Cardio Drills and Functional Strength Training to create a body sculpting, heart-pumping 55-minute workout.
