About the Class:  ConfiDance is key! Empower yourself, move your body, and harness your inner diva in this high energy, Beyonce inspired dance class as we learn fierce routines each week set to the tunes of Mrs. Carter. Whether you are obsessed with all things Bey or are just intrigued by her undeniable control of the masses, you will have the time of your life learning to "be 'Yonce’". Heels are welcome, but not required. 

About Shonna:  Shonna  is from Oklahoma City  and has over 17 years of dance training in the areas of tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop.  In 2010 entered the world of professional sports dancing. Her resume includes appearances with two different NBA franchises, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Golden State Warriors. She has also worked with the NFL Superbowl Committee as a dancer & choreographer for events during Superbowl XXVIII & Superbowl 50.

11 am:  Full-body Hiit with Bianca Buresh of 'Body by Buresh'

About the Class:  Come join the fun with a unique Body By Buresh fitness class for every fitness level using only your body weight! We will target every muscle in your body, keeping your heart rate up to burn some serious calories.  

About Bianca: Having taken San Francisco's fitness industry by storm since 2007, Canadian- born Bianca Buresh is revolutionizing Bootcamp mentality - "Nobody is ever 'too busy'. If they're interested, they'll make it happen". After having 2 children with her husband, James, Bianca was faced with her own weight loss journey. About Sadie:  Sadie Chanlett-Avery, holistic fitness trainer, yoga instructor, and writer, was named a 2013 Athleta Sponsored Athlete. As the In-house Yogi at Clif Bar & Co. she directs the yoga and perinatal programs, trains with kettlebells, and serves on the Wellness Team. Sadie received her teacher certification from Ana Forrest and has immersed for months in the jungles of Costa Rica with Master Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Glenn Black. Her M.A. in Holistic Health Education and multiple fitness certifications lends antomical depth to her innovative and playful classes.

About Heather: Heather began her career as a fitness leader in 1997 teaching packed classes at the hottest gyms in San Francisco and quickly became a very sought after instructor/trainer in San Francisco and Marin County.  Heather merged her business savvy and broad fitness knowledge working as the Group Exercise Director for Gorilla Sports and the Bay Club Marin, before starting the Move Your Asana® brand. Heather is known in the industry for being on the cutting edge of group fitness and personal training.

About the Class: Totally 90s is a one hour dance fitness class designed with our favorite decade in mind! You will learn choreography to your favorite 90s tunes and take a blast to the past. Whether you are new to dance or an experienced pro this class will leave you sweaty, confident and with a greater appreciation for the boy bands and gangsta rap!

About the Class:  Libby creates both a playful and challenging practice that inspires self-exploration, balance and compassion. Her classes are energetic, motivational, soothing and fun!

About Libby:   Libby discovered yoga in 2003 when a friend took her to a Core Power Yoga class in Boulder, Colorado.  Originally going for the physical benefits, she later immersed herself in the spiritual teachings of yoga which inspired her to become an instructor.  She seeks to share the knowledge and joy of yoga with others.  Successfully completing CorePower Yoga's teacher training in 2007, she has continued her training with numerous teachers including Baron Baptiste, Jonny Kest, Diana Vitantonio and Tami Schneider.

About the Class:  You’ll use your body weight, gravity and TRX Training equipment to push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge and plank your way to a better you. Expect to move, sweat, shuffle, and above all, have a kick ass workout experience. Some classes challenge you with a single piece of training equipment, some use a broad mix of training tools, but they all deliver incredible results.
